In using any WBO site and/or services, you further agree
1. We will send out periodic emails that pertain to group membership changes, website changes, or benefits changes. These will go out to all members no more than 12 times a year.
2. not to violate anyone's rights of privacy,
3. not to act in any way that might give rise to civil or criminal liability,
4. not to collect or store personal data about anyone,
5. not to infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights of any person,
6. not to transmit or facilitate the transmission of unsolicited email ("spam"),
7. not to harass, threaten, or otherwise annoy anyone,
8. not to act in any way that might be harmful to minors, including, without limitation, transmitting or facilitating the transmission of child pornography, and
9. not to link any offensive material including, but not limited to, pornographic, obscene, gambling or hate-related material.
Should WBO identify any such link(s), you agree to compensate WBO $175,000.00 US Dollars for each and every offense including website links, public statements, or publications (print and/or electronic).
Privacy Policy: Members, Directors, Coordinators and Volunteers are not allowed to contact members on their respective lists for anything non-WBO related. The penalty for abusing this will be immediate removal from their volunteer position and from the group entirely. Women Business Owners (WBO) only discloses personal information about members that has been submitted in their membership application. Member address, business name, business website, and contact information are provided within the group website, ryze network, wbo magazine, radio show, wbo blog, and other wbo related areas for the purpose of promoting the member and their business. Member Business Directory Terms of Use: All listings are screened before going live on the site. Please be patient while we review it and activate it. Abuse of listing privileges may lead to removal of your listings, or suspension from the member area of the website.

You should be aware that when you are on a WBO Site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from pages on WBO Sites that take you outside of our service. For example, if you click on a banner advertisement or a search result, the click may take you off the WBO Site. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and content partners that may use our logo(s) as part of a co-branding relationship.
