Felicia SlatteryFelicia Slattery with Communication Transformation has been accepted as one of our convention speakers at the upcoming WBO National Business Convention sponsored by Office Max, Inc. in Houston, Texas on October 10-12, 2008.

 

Slattery will speak about “Credibility, Confidence, Communication, and Cash Flow” on Saturday morning.    Her motivational speech for Friday evening is titled, “Creating connections during the convention”.

 

A popular national and international speaker, Felicia J. Lauren MayerLauren Mayer with Lauren Mayer Productions has been accepted as one of our convention Master of Ceremonies at the upcoming WBO National Business Convention sponsored by Office Max, Inc. in Houston, Texas on October 10-12, 2008.

 

Lauren Mayer has emceed and provided customized comedy & music for corporate events, private parties, and fundraisers for over 17 years, with clients ranging from Bell Micro Products and Wells Fargo to the California Funeral Directors.  For example, Lauren’s show for BayView Bank helped them work through the issues raised by a complex merger, and she used comedy to give Hewlett-Packard’s digital photography department a better understanding of the women’s market.  Her client at PG&E, Alan Flock, raved, “Fantastic!  The show you put together was exactly what we were looking for.”  And according to best-selling author John Gray, “Her unique and very funny show made my wife’s party extra special.” 


Lauren is a summa cum laude graduate of Yale University; she has produced 5 CDs of her original music (including her latest critically-acclaimed release, “Psycho Super Mom”), and she has written musicals for Contemporary Drama Service, Broadway By The Bay and San Jose Children’s Theater.  She is a 5-time recipient of the San Francisco Cabaret Gold Award and received the Peninsula Community Foundation Arts Fund Grant, as well as numerous other awards for her recordings.  Despite all these accolades and accomplishments, Lauren’s mother still doesn’t understand why she didn’t go to law school.

Williams will speak about “From Goals to Success: Four Tips to Help You Stay the Course”.  Learn how to set reasonable goals, follow through effectively and achieve success.  Her motivational speech is titled, “Secrets of Confident Women”.

 

Nancy Williams is best known as an “Encourager.”  As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach, she maintains a private practice in the Houston, Texas area – providing counseling, coaching and consulting services to adults addressing a variety of life management concerns in their personal and professional lives.

 

An experienced conference speaker, teacher and writer, Nancy weaves together warmth, wit and wisdom as she genuinely connects with her listeners and challenges them to live their best life.

 

Nancy enjoys writing an inspirational column with a focus on life management entitled “Keeping Your Balance” that currently appears in multiple community newspapers in the northeast Houston area. She has also been a featured writer on www.cbn.com and www.babeswithabeatitude.com, with a variety of articles focusing on emotional wellness.
