Each year Women Business Owners (WBO) will be raising money to provide grants for Women Business Owners across the nation.

WBO is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women business owners with resources and tools to build their business.

These grants will help women with educational costs to approved schools of higher learning. This can include business schools, trade schools, colleges or universities (public or private), or degree related programs. Each year we will be sponsoring fundraisers to help women from all walks of life reach their business goals.

We will also be using the grant program to help ladies open their own new business or expand their existing business with an earn back program. We will have set limits per individual participant for grant money. As they purchase or pay business expenses such as securing their LLC (commonly $150) or purchasing a piece of machinery needed for their business (commonly $250 or more), they first spend their funds, and they earn back a percentage from the grant fund to help them continue their business growth.

With an existing business, they will spend their funds on opening a new branch, hiring staff, new phone lines, computers, etc. We will determine the percentage we can help with and they can “earn back” the percentage they have used to help expand their business.

Our desire with this grant fund is to help ladies step by step succeed in business ownership.

As ladies become successful, they then can donate back into the grant fund to help other women start or expand their business as well. Help us carry out this mission to women everywhere.
