After a devastating life changing experience, Lisa Fredette picked up all the pieces and founded Passionate About Life Coaching in May 2004. Being through a divorce and believing that she would not have been able to heal as quickly as she did if it weren’t for her own life coach, she decided to help others overcome what she has gone through by offering the same help.
“I wanted to share the magic of life coaching with others so I started my life coaching business – it was just natural that I would choose divorce recovery coaching as my niche. Fredette is a divorced single mom to a teen daughter Kaitlin, who’s currently attending her first semester in college. During her spare time, she enjoys reading, golfing, exercising, movies, writing and good red wine. Spending quality time with her companion Gary and her dog Tori.
