Tonya Ramsey Information about class: Life Balancing for Working Mothers is aimed at any working mother that wants to learn how to deal with the stressors and problems that come with balancing work, family, and self. Some topics that will be covered in this class are: better self-care to promote balance and success, how to say no to make your life easier, and the importance of quality over quantity; as well as address issues that working mother’s face balancing such as “supermom syndrome” and time management.
The objective of this class is to give working mothers tools to create and maintain balance while focusing on professional and personal goals. Whether you are struggling as a working mother, approaching burn-out, or just want to brush up on skills that will help you lead a more balance life, this class is for you. Start 2007 off on the right foot, do it for your business, do it for your family and above all do it for YOU!
Class format: The class will meet for every Thursday at 1:30 pm CST, starting Jan. 25, 2007 and ending March 1, 2007. A self-evaluation will be sent via e-mail every Monday to be complete by class on Thursday. After each class participants will set goals and report progress the following week.
